The device was opened or repaired by a third party not approved by Mirzamobilerepair.
You authorize Mirzamobilerepair to perform repair work on your device.
You acknowledge that Mirzamobilerepair is not an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for any manufacturer (such as phone, tablet, or laptop brands).
Post-repair, the manufacturer’s warranty might be affected — including water resistance, official coverage, and future service eligibility.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take a data backup before repair, as the repair is done at the customer’s risk.
Warranty may range from 3 months, 2 years, or “checking warranty only”, depending on the spare part quality and customer’s choice.
Customers must collect their repaired devices within 60 days.
We send reminders via automated emails or through customer service contact.
If a device is not collected on time, Mirzamobilerepair reserves the right to dispose of the device without any liability.
Mirzamobilerepair strives to resolve all issues, but in some cases — especially those involving physical or liquid damage — repair success or the performance of all functions cannot be guaranteed.
Mirzamobilerepair will not be held responsible for failures in such cases.
All repairs are performed at the customer’s risk, with the intention to help to the best of our ability.
Mirzamobilerepair reserves the full right to update, change, or replace its Terms of Service at any time by posting the updates on its website.
